– Responsible for planning and implementation of a $900,000 operating budget, as well as
an average capital equipment and improvement budget of $500,000
– Planned and developed a complete $12M golf course renovation with Bryan Bowers, of Fazio
Design; along with a new irrigation and pumping system; golf course renovation and irrigation
system are under final denouement for implementation
– Implemented advanced agronomic practices to overcome years of mismanagement and organic
matter buildup on greens
– Built a high performing culture, with existing staff and new additions, emphasizing attention to
detail, focus and consistency in course preparations
– Collaboration with local, state and federal agencies such as the NYSDEC, NYS DEP, State
of New York, U.S. Fish and Wildlife authorities on various projects
HUDSON NATIONAL GOLF CLUB
Croton-on-hudson, NY

18-Hole Tom Fazio design with 20,000 rounds annually. Unique rugged, property overlooking the Hudson River. Currently Ranked #88 on Golf Digests Top 100 Courses in America. Host of 2019 Met. Amateur and 2021 Met Open.
– Integral in all agronomic decision making regarding successful grow in of current golf course
– Managed a team comprised of 30 employees (in season) to provide championship caliber
conditions daily
– Collaborated with Tom Fazio and Tom Marzolf in $8 million complete redesign of golf course,
and regrassing of all playing surfaces
– Supervised Labar Golf of entire construction of 19 USGA Spec Greens, all bunkers, and Sub
Air installation.
– Held a role in discussions on spending and budget implementation for golf course of $2.6 million

– Led final construction of golf course, while building agronomy programs and managing complete
grow-in, on time opening of June 2021
– Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and on-boarding all staff from initial construction
to present
– Extensive experience with NYS agencies pertaining to pesticides, water usage, storm water
prevention and Department of Health standards
– Complete in-house rebuild of all bunkers, and built new bentgrass driving range tee

– Along with Golf Course Superintendent, responsible for planning, supervision and implementation
of all agronomic, cultural and irrigation practices daily; training, supervision and scheduling of
approximately 30 employees
– Provided consistent championship conditioning daily, aligned with member expectations
– Assisted in renovation and grassing of short course post 2018 US Open

– Led agronomy team in providing championship conditioning daily, while operating among
extensive members/outing golf calendar
– Assisted in renovation and erosion control of Frost Creek, working within NYS Department of
Fish and Wild Life and Army Corp of Engineers parameters
– Collaborated with Gil Hanse in execution of complete golf course restoration and grow-in,
including regrassing of all playing surfaces, rebuilding of tees and bunkers, and restoring lost
architectural features originally designed and envisioned by Charles Blair McDonald
– Played a major role in designing and managing construction of new Watertronics Pump Station
and Rainbird Irrigation System in collaboration with Brian Vinchesi and Tanto Irrigation
