My Philosophy Advocate for the proper balance of agronomic principles that will result in healthy turfgrass while allowing for excellent playability and minimal effect on the environment. Driven to follow an identity and culture that a club has, as well as helping create a new one through agronomics and playability. A key component to a sound golf course is superb communication and leadership, not only with the staff, but with members and club officials alike. While maintenance protocol can vary greatly by property and budget, the ability to balance agronomics with economics is of utmost importance. This is achieved through years of experience and the constant desire to meet or exceed member expectations.

World-Class Event Preparation & Hosting While daily course work is vital to a successful operation, it is also of great importance to be able to deliver a championship course setup for special events at any club. Over the course of my career I have assisted in preparing courses for all levels of events -- experience that has provided me the skills required to meet the needs of my club when their big tournaments come along each season.
