PROFILE

My hands-on experience in golf course management coupled with a professional education, have helped guide me to this point of success in my career. I have gained the knowledge, leadership, financial and high level of golf course management skills that will amply enable me to produce results in the future.

 

I am very knowledgeable in building and implementing cultural and water management practices as a result of my experience gained at Top-100 facilities. Over many seasons, I have conducted a variety of agronomic and construction processes on complex playing surfaces that have consistently resulted in excellent course conditions.  I value diversity and am well versed in managing a multicultural team.

 

Solid progression in my career has given my current club, Windham Mountain Club, great confidence with entrusting me to project payroll, delegate jobs, and manage our team to ensure that daily tournament conditions are met and exceeded. All the while honing my ability to communicate effectively with staff and members alike.

 

I am confident in my professional talents and strive to advance my career as a sGolf Course Superintendent for a club committed to excellence.
